OverviewThe Weekender Project

A multi-concept store for pursuing things that people are passionate about.

The Weekender Project is a multi-concept store and community hub that hosts workshops and events centred around coffee for a growing population of coffee lovers and like-minded people.

The name “The Weekender Project'' captures the substance and united enthusiasm of creating a space for visitors to explore car-related products, and of course, coffee is essential. Located in Taiwan's countryside, The Weekender Project's intention for the space was to shape the factory interior with a modern twist, which meant the identity had to be detached from the cluttered city impression, yet distinct and modest, reminiscent of its location.

Inspired by the factory structure and the multi-concept intention of the store, I designed the logo with an open-shaped geometric form, and when sat side by side, it results in an endless pattern depicting infinite ideas and uses.
